Billy Joel and his bride, Katie Lee, have already moved into Roy Scheider's old Sagaponack oceanfront estate, which the Piano Man bought from the "Jaws" star for what we're hearing is $16.5 million...

Meanwhile Scheider and his family, who have been spending time at the venerable American Hotel in Sag Harbor since the sale, will soon move into their 4,000-square-foot custom-built mansion, which they bought for $3.3 million.

The Scheiders bought the Robert Tortora-built home on Ben Gazzara’s former Sag Harbor property, which happens to be right next door to the home of famed yoga instructor Rodney Yee, whose devotees include Donna Karan, Russell Simmons and Scheider's wife, Brenda.
